4. Contracts and Agreements

All services are subject to a signed contract or agreement between Flōridian and the client. The contract will outline the scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and any other relevant conditions. The contract must be signed before any work commences.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in the contract or agreement. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees. Flōridian reserves the right to halt work if payments are not made as agreed.

6. Project Timelines

While Flōridian strives to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeline, factors such as weather conditions, site issues, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Flōridian will communicate any changes to the timeline as soon as possible.

7. Warranties

Flōridian offers warranties on materials and workmanship as outlined in the contract. Any issues covered by the warranty will be addressed promptly. However, warranties may not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Liability

Flōridian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract or agreement. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property is adequately insured during the construction process.

9. Site Access and Safety

Clients must provide Flōridian and its contractors with adequate access to the site to perform the agreed-upon work. The site must be safe and free from hazards. Clients are responsible for informing Flōridian of any potential safety concerns.

10. Changes to Services

Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested by the client must be documented and approved in writing. Additional costs may apply for changes or additional services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract or agreement in writing if the other party breaches any of the terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Termination fees may apply as outlined in the contract.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

13. Amendments

Flōridian reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
