ENGAGEMENT CALL

The engagement call is all about you and your new luxury outdoor living space. In this collaborative environment, we will lay the foundation for your project and build the framework for your new backyard.

THE PROPOSAL

Once we agree on the big picture, we’ll dial in on your tailored experience. Look forward to a detailed proposal from the Flōridian team outlining our scope of work and timeline to complete the project.

Design RENDERING

Once you’re ready to dive in, we’ll craft a 3D rendering of your upcoming pool renovation to make sure everyone on the team has the same vision for your project.

Pre-Construction Meeting

Before submitting the final design, we will schedule a meeting to get accurate measurements of your backyard and adjust our 3D model. We will also review the contract and construction plans, and answer all of your questions.

Construction Begins

Completing your pool renovation

Once your pool is replastered, our start up crew will make several visits to your home to finalize the process. During this time, we will work on things like chemical balancing in your pol, cleaning filters on the grid, performing a final walk-through, and more.
